With a rich background encompassing over 20 years of experience as book author, certified Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, and coach, I offer a wealth of expertise to guide you. My training includes accredited hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction, complemented by diverse educational qualifications.
