Typically, we meet for 1 hour weekly over 8 sessions, with personalized practices between sessions to support your progress. Each series begins with an in-depth intake so we can tailor the process to your needs.

Another powerful tool we can draw upon together is Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT). This gentle and effective approach helps you release the weight of old emotional patterns and limiting beliefs that may have been holding you back.

IEMT can help you by supporting your mind to “re-code” the way past experiences are stored, so that the emotional intensity softens and you can move forward with greater ease. What many people love about IEMT is that it doesn’t require you to relive painful memories in detail—instead, it allows your brain to naturally shift how those memories affect you today.

Many clients notice shifts quickly, and the changes often feel natural—like a burden has been lifted. Combined with integrative coaching, it can help you not only heal from the past but also step into the future with clarity, confidence, and hope.

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique)

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) One-on-One is a structured program that helps you bring awareness, calm, and clarity into your daily life.

It’s not about “emptying your mind” or sitting in silence for hours. Instead, it’s a practical, evidence-based process that teaches you to notice your thoughts, manage stress, and respond to life with more ease.

Using Jon Kabat-Zinn’s original curriculum in eight one-on-one online sessions, you’re supported to integrate mindfulness deeply into your life—and to make your own mind a friend.

With one-on-one MBSR, the approach is modern, interactive, and uniquely yours. No two series are the same, which is one of the reasons I love leading them!

MBSR has transformed lives worldwide, but it’s important to make sure it’s a good fit for you. That’s why the first step is always an intro call—I’m here whenever you’re ready.
