MBSR ALUMNI PROGRAMS
MBSR Alumni Program - We are online!
For former MBSR students who took a class with Denise Dempsey. One hour to learn, grow and nurture your practice! Each class will have a guiding theme for added focus and inspiration. In addition to a 30 minute guided meditation, we have time to check in and I regularly introduce new topics related to refining your mindfulness practice.
Winter 2021 Series starts Tuesday, January 19, 2021, 5:30-6:30 PST
Please pay SERIES or DROP IN before you attend, as it's easy for all of us to forget or lose track of this kind of thing after meditating. To keep things simple, this plan is based on an honor system.
Once you have it, your Zoom link and password will work for the entire series.
(After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions.)
How to participate in the alumni group with Zoom
Turn on your camera if you have the privacy to do so.
Arrange to participate in a quiet place, where you can sit in front of the screen and be lit from the front.
Fully give this time to yourself. Consider ways that care-taking for others, for pets, etc. can be arranged in advance
